SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
SEYMOUR CITY COUNCIL/BUDGET WORKSHOP
SEPTEMBER 2, 2009

A Special Called Budget Workshop Meeting was held on Wednesday, September 2, 2009,
at 5:30 p.m., at 800 E. Morris Street, Portwood Pavilion in Seymour, Texas 76380.

Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance
was made by Mayor Ronald Reeves at 5:35 p.m.

Council Present:
Mayor Ronald Reeves, Council Member Donald Coltharp,
Council Member Nan Gilbert-Mathis and MPT Sid Winn.

Council Member Billy Henricks arrived at 5:50 p.m.

Council Absent:
Council Member David Horton

Counsel Present:
none

Staff Present:
City Secretary Conchita Torrez and Finance Director Mary Griffin.

Guest Present:
Jim Castagna , CPA

1. City Council Members will discuss and consider budget draft for
Fiscal Year 2009-2010, as proposed by Mayor and City Staff.
City Council may direct modifications to proposed budge document.

Mayor Reeves, Council, City Staff and Jim Castagna had an informal discussion
concerning the 2009-2010 City of Seymour, Texas Budget. Council will give
direction to City Staff regarding the Budget at a later date.

Adjournment

Motion:
Motion made by MPT Sid Winn, seconded by Council Member Billy Henricks
to adjourn Budget Workshop Meeting at 8:35 p.m.

Vote on Motion:
Passed unanimously.

Approved this 17TH day of September, 2009.
